To either request a new item or to renew an existing loan, just click on the link below

This will open a page on the Surrey County Council Website. Once there;
If you want to renew an existing loan - select "Renew your loans" on the page and follow the prompts.
If you want to request a new item - select "Search for books, films and music" on the page and follow the prompts.
** Do remember that you will need your library card number and your PIN number to do this **

Renewing by telephone
** Do remember when renewing items by telephone you will need your borrower number (on your card, under the barcode). **
Telephone 0300 200 1001 and choose from either:
- Callpoint - the automated renewal system or
- Speak to a member of staff
