Friends of Stoneleigh Library is a registered charity (no. 1173703) which, in partnership with Surrey County Council, runs Stoneleigh Community Library. We work to ensure that Stoneleigh continues to have a viable and vibrant community library well into the future.

The personal information Friends of Stoneleigh Library collect includes your name and email address.
How we use your personal data
We use your information to keep you up to date with news, events and activities at Stoneleigh Community Library. We will not contact you unless you have given us consent to do so.
Who we share it with
We will never share your information with anyone else without your consent.
How you can access or update your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold on you. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails; or by contacting us in person; or emailing your request to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How we keep your data safe and secure
When you give us personal information, we take steps to respect its confidentiality. We have measures in place that limit access to your information. Only those volunteers who need to come into contact with that data, to provide you with library news, will do so. All activity on your record is password protected.
